OVERLOON

War belongs in a museum. That is the motto of the War Museum. The War Museum Overloon presents the history of World War II. Here you can see how it could come to this that in five years more than fifty million people lost their lives, but also how the oppressed population coped resourcefully with restrictions and shortages. There is a focus on resistance, but also persecution. Finally, of course, attention is paid to the liberation, with special focus on the Battle of Overloon.
